KyroCAPS - Chlorine dioxide capsules
KyroCAPS are capsules for the delivery of a pure disinfection solution based on chlorine dioxide by adding the capsules in water - in only one application step and free from ions such as sodium, chloride, chlorite, chlorate, perchlorate and persulfate.
Due to the innovative and patended capsule system, substances other than the desired disinfectant (ClO2 according to EN 12671) are not released into the water. Thus, corrosion and undesired by-products are reduced to a minimum.
KyroCAPS are the choice to disinfect water-bearing systems such as tanks, pipes, filters or surfaces effectively and gently. Rinsing is not necessary. Due to the special form of use, the user never gets in physical contact with hazardous chemicals and at the same time receives a powerful disinfectant and oxidizing agent for a simple and safe use.
KyroCAPS set new standards in water disinfection without affecting odor, taste or pH of the water.

The electrolyte-free chlorine dioxide solution provides within a short time its full disinfecting power against microorganisms such as bacteria (e. g. Legionella pneumophila, E. coli, Vibrio cholerae), viruses, fungi and yeasts and is therefore used in a wide range of applications such as drinking water treatment for humans and animals, process water treatment in the food industry as well as in other stationary and mobile applications there technical equipment is impractical or not desired.
